Preferred Seat Terms & Conditions

1. Available for window, aisle and standard seats.
2. Currently available for Malaysian domestics, Singapore and Brunei flights only.
3. Malaysian domestic include origin and destination points that are Alor Setar, Langkawi, Penang, Kota Bharu, Kuala Terengganu, Kuantan, Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Sandakan, Tawau, Miri, Sibu, Bintulu, and Labuan.
4. Except the above origin and destination points (Malaysian domestics, Singapore and Brunei), seat selection does not apply to other international points.
5. Seat selection is also not available for MASwings connecting flights.
6. Fees are non-refundable and transferable.
7. Price quoted will be in local currency from point of commencement.
8. Not available for passenger with disabilities/special needs, children travelling alone, group bookings (more than 9 persons), and emergency/exit/facility seats.
9. 50% off introductory offer for MHlow, MHbasic and MHsmart passengers when booking online is valid from 8 December 2010 to 8 March 2011.
10. Seat selection fee is as stated in the FAQ page.
11. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
